NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The " Win a pair of Bills vs Bills Tickets" Sweepstakes is sponsored by Northtown Automotive Companies. This
sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each
entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that
the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The
Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by
law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any
questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.
ELIGIBILITY
1. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 8 county region of Western New York, who are twenty one
(21) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to
the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
2. Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of Northtown Automotive and
contest sponsors their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and
promotion agencies and the immediate family (i.e., current and ex- spouses, parents, grandparents, children,
grandchildren, and siblings and in-laws and steps in any of the foregoing categories) and other household
members (i.e., roommates, housemates, significant others, and partners of each legally residing at the same
address) of each are NOT eligible.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins on October 14th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 14th, 2026
(“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that
submission period.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Sweepstakes through the Campaign URL. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the
entry form and participate in the sweepstakes. After submitting the required information on the entry form,
the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit one entry per person per Submission Period.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database each day of the
sweepstakes. Winners will be chosen at random. One (1) Winner will be announced on 10/15/2026 for the pair of
tickets.
Announcement and instructions for prize emailed in an email supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry
form. Entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her provided email, for prize notification and receipt or
other communications related to this sweepstakes.
If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within twenty-four (24) hours,
using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable,
that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.
Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility,
Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official
rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of
eligible entries are received.
Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $460.
Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not
specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award,
acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the
respective prize winner.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is nontransferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its
respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any
typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited
to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner,
or the distribution of any prize.
Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal
action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice,
and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be
conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or
other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play
of the Sweepstakes.
In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void
suspect entries at issue.
Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any
telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry
information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission,
interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software,
the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS
PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL
AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY
LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT
ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.
SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS
TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR
RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY
COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE
SWEEPSTAKES.
Contest Administrator is not responsible for any error or technical malfunctions associated with the
www.facebook.com site (and its associated pages) that may affect any entrant’s ability to enter, win, be
viewed or be properly considered in this Contest, regardless of the cause.
In the event of a malfunction associated with the Facebook site that Sponsor (in its sole discretion) deems to
materially and adversely affect this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend this contest, terminate
this contest without a winner, terminate this contest and select a winner early, provide alternative means of
entry or any other changes to these contest rules that Sponsor deems appropriate under the circumstances. Any
such changes, terminations or suspensions will be posted on the Sponsor's Facebook page and/or Contest
Application, as determined by Sponsor.
PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for
publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
MISCELLANEOUS
The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding
likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and
may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners.
The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize, does not
imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or
distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated no association or endorsement is
intended or should be inferred.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules or any required documents pursuant to these
Rules (e.g., Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release, etc.) will not affect the validity or
enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Rules or any required document
is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect
and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained
herein.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
For entrants, to the extent there is a conflict between these Rules and any of Sponsor’s rules or terms posted
on its website, these Rules control.
